SHIPPING POLICY

H-Rae & Co only ship within Australia. 

Shipping costs are determined by the size of the item purchased and will be calculated at the check out. 

Regular shipping - $10|
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100 (EXCLUDING BULKY ITEMS)

Large/Bulky item shipping - $20

If you live near Koo Wee Rup, Victoria and would like to arrange pick up please contact us to discuss this further. 

We ship all our orders through Australia Post regular shipping and will provide you with a tracking number at time of dispatch.

Once dispatched, you can expect your order to arrive to you within 3 - 5 business days. 

Please note, this time can vary depending on Australia Post capacity but H-Rae & Co endeavour to get your items to you as soon as possible. 

 

DISPATCH TIME FRAME

During off-peak times H-Rae & Co require a 1 - 2 week time frame to create your custom pieces and dispatch them. 

We will be in contact with you if there are any unforeseen delays.

 

PEAK TIME DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

During peak season, like Christmas, we request an approximate 3-4 weeks to create and dispatch your custom items.
